Session Packages

We have made it easier and more valueable for you with our Session Packages. The Session Packages include the photo session at no charge. You just pick the reprint package that meets your needs. Prepay 50% of your package before your session in order to hold your date and time; this part is non refundable. If you have to reschedule due to an emergency it must be done within 48 hours. Any cancellation of your session(s) will forfeit all fees, bonuses, and promos. We ask that you arrive no more than 10 minutes before your scheduled time so that the client before you has the time he or she needs for their session. We will extend the same courtesy to you. We only want the best possible experience for your session so as to produce the best images.

Consultations

In order to get the most out of your session, we recommend a consultation. We are more than happy to sit down with you before your session(s) and discuss your ideas. Call (715) 425-9645 for an appointment at least 1 week prior to your photo session. A friendly reminder will be sent to you via E-mail or US mail before your session(s). We recommend that a parent/guardian accompany you for this.

Preview Pickup

McConnell Photography will set up a scheduled time for you and your family (approx. 30 min) to view your images in a personalized show and pick up your previews (seniors only). This time is reserved especially for you, to allow you to review your images. Every effort to maintain an on-time schedule and your promptness for this appointment is greatly appreciated. It is important that one or both parents come with you to see your show and sign for your previews. Someone that is at least 18 years of age must sign for your previews. At this time the balance of your package is due.

Ordering

This time also will be reserved especially for you to allow you to place your order. We want to allow you to have the necessary time to get what you need. Every effort to maintain an on-time schedule and your promptness for this appointment is greatly appreciated. If you show up late, it may be necessary to reschedule.

Payments

We only accept cash and checks. To help with costs, we have stop taking credits cards due to the rising of fees from the credit card companies. 50% of the package is due at the booking of the session and the balance of the session package is due when you pick up your previews or at your image showing session. Please note: NSF fees on checks is $35.00.

Yearbook Photos

One digital image for your school is made free of charge and delivered to your school for you. For those schools that require wallets and/or black and white glossy prints, or if you want more than one image to be submitted, a $5 per print charge is required per each additional image. If a rush is needed to get your yearbook photo to your school a rush charge maybe added.

Delivery & Shipping

Your portraits will be delivered to you depending upon the time of the year and our lab's schedule. We will call you for pick up as soon as they are ready. If an order is a rush, a 25 – 50% up charge will be added and must be paid prior to work being done to make your deadline. Shipping is available and a quote will be given upon request. Any portraits not picked up within 30 days will be charged a storage fee of $25 per month before they can be released.

Usage

McConnell Photography reserves the right to use any images for promotion or display.

In 1976 the Federal Government passed a law making it illegal to copy materials protected by copyright, including professional photography. The finest craftsman in the industry makes your portraits. Our studio invests heavily in training, education, and equipment to provide you with the highest quality that cannot be duplicated or copied without severe loss in quality. Since such loss in quality would reflect poorly on the reputation of our work, McConnell Photography has reserved the copyright on each image we create. That means copying, scanning, or photocopying of any image is prohibited by law. McConnell Photography reserves the right to pursue legal actions against any person who violates this copyright.

While we have made some very limited exceptions in the past, most often we cannot sign over the copyright to a third party such as a copy center for reproductions for invitations or other additional services. We request that you do not ask for a copyright release, as we do not like to deny this request. Keep in mind that we offer many of the same services as other design centers.
